To have your program registration application reviewed by NC Massage School, please follow the steps outlined below. Please be aware that failure to complete the full registration process will result in your application not being reviewed.

- Make a $25.00 deposit through PayPal to initiate the review of your application. (Skip for joining waiting list)
- Download our questionnaire. This must be filled out separately and either emailed or mailed to our Applications team.
